Alvora is one the most experienced and qualified construction companies
in Lithuania. It was established in 1993 by Nikolai Kolesnik and Vladimir
Pavliukovič. Together with 28 other colleagues from Kauno statyba
they’ve started working out of a small base in Vilnius and soon after
moved to a larger territory that Alvora still calls its headquarters today.
The company can offer not only general contracting services, but can
design and build centralised heating networks, gas pipelines and boiler
houses.
Over its 30-year history, Alvora had completed various construction
projects not only in Lithuania, but in neighbouring countries and even the
South African Republic. 2021 marked the completion of the GIPL gas
interconnector with Poland – one of the most important connections for
Lithuanian energy independence.
Alvora has more than 300 employees – from highly qualified designers
and fitters to engineers and project managers.
